When it comes to home modifications there are many options. We make the entire process easy and exciting. From initial contact, to onsite consultation, project discussions, idea generation, custom design, plan approvals, comprehensive quotation, to a full key turnaround solution including all building, painting, plumbing, electrical, tiling, painting and onsite clean up, you will have peace of mind knowing that you’ll not only get an amazing final product, but will enjoy the process too.

Step 2: Onsite Consultation
We’ll Come To You.
Once we’ve discussed your project in detail, we will arrange a time to meet you onsite to run through the consultation process. In this consultation we will go over the following:
- Space measurements: We will precisely measure your entire your project space and look at all possibilities for the space you have.
- Layout: Look at the overall space and create a layout that maximises space, flow, storage and your lifestyle needs.
- Theme: Choose a theme that fits with your house, style and overall look / feel.
Once a theme and layout have been established, we will then discuss key components such as:
- Budget: What you are looking to achieve for your overall investment.
- Flow: How the layout flows with the rest of the home. Ensuring ample working space between main amenities.
- Appliances: Take into consideration all appliances that are key for the space. Appliances include cooktops, fridges, dishwasher etc. We will also find out whether you prefer electric or gas to run specific appliances.

The final quotation is a comprehensive document which includes all the inclusions and respective pricing. Step 5: Complete Build, Installation & Final Handover

We will arrange a convenient time for you to start the process and will get started immediately on the build process. The best part about this is you don’t have to lift a finger. We organise all elements of the build from painting, electrical, tiling, plumbing and the entire build process. Once everything has been completed, we take you through a debrief and get your final seal of approval on the completed project.
